2 In the meantime, wash the celery and fennel, and cut into small pieces. Wash, de-seed and dice the peppers. Peel and chop the garlic and the onion.
3 Heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add the remaining vegetables and cook together for 3 minutes.
4 Pour on the white wine, add the sprig of rosemary and the bay leaf, and simmer the mixture for 4 minutes. Remove the herbs. Season the vegetable mixture to taste and serve with the chicken drumsticks.
